Another day at the beach

Daddy day and Coronado

Javi and Jess came by to visit us yesterday. The house was a mess and I needed some time to clean up and put stuff away, so Daddy took J to the mall while I cleaned the house (sadly, it was such an amazing morning being able to clean and not having to "deal" with a toddler). Daddy and J had a blast and sent me pic updates throughout the morning...









After J's nap, we hung out with Javi and Jess, and then drove to Coronado. We met up with our friends and had a great evening at the Sunday concert. We are going to be very sad when this event ends in September =(

Miramar Airplane Museum

Jayden LOVES airplanes (in addition to cars, trucks and trains...such a boy). We took him to the Miramar airplane museum on Saturday and he was in heaven...kept pointing and yelling "ai-plane, ai-plane."

















After J's nap we headed over to Kevin's house to celebrate his 2nd birthday. All of J's playgroup buddies were there, and we all had a great time. A little more than 2 months till J's 2nd b-day...I'm still in denial

Beach Day

Jayden absolutely loves the beach, so I try and take him at least once a week. It's A LOT of work to take J to the beach (especially considering he now likes to roll around and bury his head in the sand), but I love that when he's at the beach, he gets to just run around and play with everything. The best part of living in San Diego is that we leave 15 minutes from one of the top 10 beaches in the country...we're really getting spoiled!
